IN THE COLLEGE
The group was sitting in the canteen and chit chatting ...
ABHIPSA : ( asking curiously ) So Suhani did you see the person you are getting married to ... ?
SUHANI ( nodding her head ) : No my father said he is out of India right now because of some work he will be back after sometime ...
HANNA ( suspiciously ) : Are you not finding anything strange about why there are so many strange things regarding your marriage ... ? I mean you didn't meet him once or have seen him ... why is it so complicated ... ?
SUHANI ( sighing ) : I don't know but I am sure that if my parents are saying that everything is fine and they are very good then there is no problem ... ( after a little pause ) I am okay with it ...
ABHIPSA ( looking deep into her eyes ) : Is it really okay for you ... ?
Suhani didn't reply to anything ...
And there was a brief silence between all of them ...
ARANYA ( changing the topic ) : Where is Alwin ... ? he didn't come to college today ... ?
HANNA : He said he will be late ... He had some urgent work ... He said he has some surprises for all of us ... He told me to tell you all to wait for him ...
ABHIPSA ( nodding ) : Okay ...
Again there was a brief silence ...
A VOICE FROM BEHIND : Why is there so much silence like something bad happened ... ?
Everyone turned behind to see the person ....
