Hale slipped inside my apartment, closing the door softly behind himself. "So, we should talk about this, right?" Hale suggested. "I thought that's what we came here for," I answered him, unsure of how to take him at the moment. I didn't mean to sound rude or anything, but I wasn't sure how I should act either.
