Party Rock Anthem.

"Hey, Colin!" Alisha smiled as Colin sat beside her in Chemistry. "Hey..." He trailed off. He looked like hell. He had a slow bruise forming on his cheek and his eye was completely swollen. Concern reflected in her eyes. "What the hell happened to you!?" "Nothing.....just the guys." He bit his lip. She sighed. "This is really getting out of hand, Colin. Don't your parents notice?" "They're not..." He cleared his voice. "They passed away when I was a kid, I live with my grandmother." "Oh, god. I am so sorry, Colin." She whispered, putting a hand over his, making his heart skip a beat. "It's okay." He nodded. Before she could say something, the teacher entered the class and she left his hand making him want to rip off the teacher's head. Throughout the class, all he could think about was just to grab her hand again. ~ "Did you hear about Josh's party tonight?" Colt started the topic at lunch. "Yeah." Everyone nodded. "So, who's going...?" He asked, sighing, in an obvious tone. "You think we should go?" Christina asked. "I mean, we don't him that well." "Who cares!?" Joey exclaimed, waving his hands in the air. "It's a freaking party! You got the booze, the music and the girls. What else do you need?" "Man's got a point." Alex agreed. "I think we should. I mean, he did bother to invite personally." Alisha shrugged. "What?" Everyone was zapped. "What? He did not invite everyone personally?" She was puzzled. "Um...no!" Mira said in an obvious way. "You don't invite people to a party personally. The word just spreads." "Why? Did he invite you personally?" Christina's eyes widened. "Yeah, after class. He came up to me and invited me for tonight." She shrugged. "Oh, man. He's totally into you." Joey whistled. Alisha was just confused. "Josh doesn't invite anyone to his party personally, ever. He just sends a text." Mira cleared the air. "He totally wants to bang you." Colt smirked, making Alisha grimace. Alex's fist clenched on the fork he was holding. "Or maybe....he's just a douchebag." "I smell jealousy." Joey sang, pinching Alex's cheek, making him give out a death glare, swatting Joey's hand away. The whole group exchanged knowing looks. ~ Alisha's door bell rang furiously, making her growl in frustration as she ran to open it. No one was home and all she was trying to do was trying to enjoy a good old Hindi movie, but no! Someone just has to interrupt her peaceful bliss. "What?" She snapped, opening the door to come face to face with Mira holding an annoyed Christina by her arm and another huge blue bag in the other hand. "We need help." Mira's eyes widened in panic. Concerned, Alisha let them in. "Okay, but what happened?" "Christina doesn't have a dress!" Mira horrified. "So....?" Alisha was confused. "You can't go a party wearing torn jeans!" She stated obviously, letting go of Christina's arm. "You can't....?" Alisha trailed off. "Oh, Lord! This is a nightmare!" Mira screamed dramatically, covering her ears. "Calm down! You're going ultrasonic again." Christina growled. ~ After hours of searching they finally found an outfit for Christina and Alisha. Christina chose one of Alisha's black sequence, sleeveless dress which stopped at thigh and after a lot of persuasion, Mira let her wear flats and carry a jacket since the dress was kind of see-through. That's why Alisha never wears it. Alisha dressed in a navy blue shirt tied up at her belly button with high waist black shorts and a brown belt with dark blue wedges. "How come she gets to wear shorts?" Christina whined. "Because she looks absolutely stunning." Mira squealed in a dirty pink, one-sleeved, mid thigh dress paired with black heels. "Don't make me hurl." Alisha warned, slouching. "Shut it." Mira rolled her eyes. After half an hour of make up filled with groans and growls of annoyance from Alisha and Christina, they were finally ready. "About how we're getting to the party...." Mira nudged Christina. She cleared her throat. "Yeah, um, we thought you could hitch a ride with, you know...Alex." Alisha's eyes narrowed. "Why?" "Because we don't like you....yeah." Mira nodded. "No, i***t!" Christina growled towards Mira and turned to Alisha with a tight smile. "We just thought it would make more sense if you go with Alex since you live next door and then we don't have to drop you back." "But then I can just ask Alex to drop me back at the party." Alisha started at them like they were dumb. "Yeah, but then....we're getting dropped back by Colt who lives way across town and we don't want him to go through all that trouble to come to this part of the town." Mira made up a lie. "Then what will happen to your car?" Alisha questioned, catching up on their lie. They bit their lips, thinking, before Christina groaned. "Fine! We're just trying to set you guys up! God, why is she so smart?" Alisha smirked. "There is absolutely no need for that and you will not do any such thing." But they did. They pretended to agree with Alisha but when Alisha turned to lock her main door, they ditched her and ran towards Mira's car, speeding off before Alisha had the chance to even realise what was happening. Alisha sighed as she saw the car speed off. They were definitely going to be buried alive tonight. Just then, Alex came out of his house dressed in casual jeans and a black shirt. He whistled making her turn around. "Mi chica limpia bien." "Mujhe janna bhi nahi hain ki tune kya bola." Alisha rolled her eyes. "You too." He said hesitantly as he didn't get a single word of what she was saying, making her smile. "Want to ride together?" He winked, patting his bike. She contemplated on this. Ride alone and enter like a loner or ride with Alex on his bike and get to put her arms around him? Definitely the latter. Just because she didn't want to look like a loner. "Fine." She agreed as he got on his bike and brought towards her. She got on, placing her hands on his shoulders. He smirked, removing her hands from his shoulders to wrapping them around his waist, making her smile. How many times is he going to have to do this? ~ The party was loud. And obnoxious. As soon as Alisha stepped in, she wanted to get the hell out of there. But reluctantly, she moved ahead, sticking to Alex. She needed to find Christina and Mira to kill them and then hide their bodies. She told Alex that she was going to find them, making him reluctantly let go of her. She finally found them in the kitchen, laughing like devils with drinks in their hands. "I am going to kill you bitches!" Alisha declared making them look at her with bored looks. "You want to kiss our asses for doing that and you know it." Christina smirked making Alisha huff. "Admit it." Mira sang. Her eyes narrowed. "I am not admitting to anything." "Be that way." Christina shrugged. "But somewhere deep, deep, deep, very deep down you know that it was a splendid idea." ~ "Hey, you made it!" Josh smiled as he came over to Alisha who was talking to a girl from her class. "Yeah, I did. Clearly!" Alisha faked her enthusiasm, coated in sarcasm, pulling away from her conversation with the girl. "Wanna dance?" He smirked seductively. "Not much of a dancer." She lied. "I can teach you." He winked. "I won't learn." She laughed uncomfortably. "How about we give it a try, eh?" He came closer making her take a step back. "How about we back off, eh?" Alex's voice cut through their conversation. Josh raised his hands. He never touched another guy's babe. "Sorry, man, didn't know she was yours." Alisha opened her mouth to protest but Alex beat her to it. "Well, now you do." With one last look at Alisha, Josh walked away to get himself a drink and see if he can find a girl to score with. He thought Christina looked like pretty fun tonight. "I didn't need you to do that." She huffed at Alex. "But I did." He stated. "Drink?" She shook her head, memories flooding her head. "Not much of a drinker." "Not much of a dancer too, apparently." He smirked slyly, referring to her conversation earlier with Josh. "Shut up." She shoved him. Just then an attractive brunette passed them and Alisha caught Alex checking her out, making a tinge of anger seep through her. "Well, since you're so busy checking out brunettes," She grabbed his attention sarcastically."I better go check on Josh." She turned to leave but Alex caught her hand. "Jealous?" She took a moment. "No." "I don't think so." His smirk turned into a grin. "I don't care." She said nonchalantly. He looked at her for a moment. Man, did she look good tonight. "Dance with me." He declared. And without waiting for her response, he dragged her to the dance floor. He pulled her towards him, making her wrap her arms around him and started moving. They fit each other like pieces of a puzzle and danced with each other naturally, steps flowing in making their chemistry even more sizzling. The song came to an end, and he rolled her in, their faces inches apart. His hands slid around her waist, tugging her close while hers wrapped around his neck. They leaned in closer but as soon as they were about to bridge the gap between them, Alisha was pulled away from him by Mira. "You have to see Christina!" Mira shrieked oblivious to Alisha and Alex's annoyance as she dragged her away. Alisha turned back to look at Alex who was rolling his eyes and muttering something in Spanish. Alisha forgot all about Alex as soon as she saw Christina, upside down on a beer can, chugging as everyone cheered on, her dress rolling upwards, flashing everyone her panties. She got off the beer can when she saw Alisha, earning a huge cheer from everyone. "Babe!" She slurred, leaning against Alisha. "This party is f*****g wild!" "Okay...." Alisha said, supporting Christina. "Let's get naked!" Christina screamed making everyone hoot like a pack of wolves. "Christina, no!" Alisha and Mira screamed but she was oblivious. She climbed up the table took off her jacket and started dancing like a crazy chicken on drugs. "Naked! Naked! Naked!" Everyone cheered Christina on. Alisha groaned and tried getting her off the table but it was no use. Finally, they found Joey, pulled him off some girl's lips, and got him to get Christina off the table before she removed her dress. Joey promised to handle her and take her home and Alisha and Mira sighed in relief. Mira went to get herself a drink while Alisha went towards the washroom. While coming back from the washroom, Alisha was suddenly pulled into a room by someone. Her scream was cut off when she saw who it was. She rolled her eyes. "Ben, right?" "I told you, I'd take my revenge." He rubbed his hands together, slowly stalking towards her. ~ Alex was searching for Alisha. He saw her coming out of the washroom and headed towards the party down but then someone pulled her into a room. With panic seeping through him, he tried to push through the crowd and run towards the room which proved to be a difficult task. When he finally got there and slammed the door open, what he saw shocked him. Alisha was rolling her eyes, standing over Ben who was grabbing his crotch, wailing out in pain. "The bastard just wouldn't listen." Alisha sighed making Alex laugh. ~ The rest of the night Alisha tried to calm Alex down as he chugged back to back shots off all kinds of liquor. "I think you've had enough, don't you?" Alisha took his god-knows-which-number shot out of his hand, throwing it aside. "Niñaaaa..." He slurred. "Don't be such a bore!" "Yeah, okay." She grabbed his hand, trying to get him out of there. "Let's go home." "Orrrr....." He suggested, pulling her back. "Let's do something much more....fun." Then his hands were on her waist pulling her against him and her arms on his shoulders. He slammed her up against the nearest wall while his lips crashed down on her neck, placing soft lingering kisses, making Alisha's mind spin. Her hands slithered around his shoulders, grabbing his hair as he traced a path from her neck to her collar bone and back up. He placed small kisses on her jaw moving towards her lips. His lips brushed against hers and before they could crashed down completely, Alisha came to her senses. "Not happening tonight, boy." She pulled away. He pouted. "You're such a sucker!" "I am. Now let's get out of here." She said sternly. Placing his arm over her shoulder and supporting him, she walked out of the place with a lot of difficulty. "Where are your keys?" She gasped as they reached his bike. He laughed. "Tell me." She growled. "In my back pocket." He grinned. Sighing, she reached into his pocket and took them out. He hiccuped. "You just put your hand on my ass." She just rolled her eyes and focused on getting him on the bike. Surprisingly, it wasn't that tough. Once they both were on, she removed her belt and tied it around both their waists so that he wouldn't fall off. "Can I let you in on a secret?" He screamed as Alisha drove the bike towards her house. She was thanking Neil, her friend from India, who taught her how to ride a bike last year, desperately that time. "Shut up and let me focus!" She screamed back. He sighed, leaning against her. Man, was he heavy. "You're pretty." He slurred after a while. "You're drunk." She scoffed. "You're hot." He smirked. "You're annoying." She groaned. "I like this game. I actually like all sorts of games. Monopoly, Life, Twister, Jenga! Oohhh! I love games!" He sighed happily making Alisha smile. He rambled on about how he fell down and hit his head as a kid while playing football as Alisha drove on. Well, that explains a lot, she thought as she listened to his story. ~ They finally reached her house. She thought it would be better to let him crash at her house rather than wake his mom up and get her all tensed. Anyway, her parents weren't home. Her dad was out of town and her mom was on call tonight. She got the belt off of them and got off the bike, forgetting to support Alex, making him fall off the bike. "Oops." She muttered as he groaned. She helped him get off the pavement and into her house. Heading straight towards her bedroom, she plonked him on her bed. "Wheeeeee!" He chuckled. As she got his legs on the bed, he removed his shirt and chucked it on the floor, distracting Alisha for a minute. He looked yum. He had 'I want to stare at them all day long' muscles and was also tan and toned in just the right places. No abs but a built body. Just the kind she liked. She shook her head to get rid of the thoughts. Draping a blanket over him, into which he snuggled like a little kid, she crouched beside him. He looked at her softly, smiling. "How can you be so amazing?" "It's a curse." She shrugged making him laugh. "Always sarcastic. I love that about you." He slurred. "Now let's get to sleep, okay?" She suggested as if talking to a five-year-old. "Yes, mama." He murmured. "Good boy." She whispered. She was ready to get up but he held on to her wrist. "Mama?" He whispered. "Yes?" She rolled her eyes, crouching down again. "Daddy won't come back and beat you again, will he?" He murmured, his eyebrows furrowing, eyes drooping. Her instant reaction was to hug him. She placed a hand on is cheek, stroking it as he held onto her. "No, baby." She whispered, her mind racing. "Good." He murmured sleepily and before she knew it, he was out. Letting him go, she placed his head softly back on the pillow. Kissing him on the forehead, she went out her room after grabbing her change, to go crash in the guest room. She had a lot of questions about what had happened but she had to let it go for now. When the time was right and if he wanted to, he'd tell her. She crashed on the bed, her mind drifting off to Alex. She kept replaying the night over and over again in her head, thinking about him, not a wink of sleep grasping at her. ----------------------------
