REGRETS

Emir came back home late at night.He was feeling so heavy and was a little drunk.Roy took him home,knowing the reason why he was behaving in such a way.He got his Uncle's call and he reminded him of the death anniversary of his mother.That was the most terrifying day of his life.A little boy who saw three corpse in front of his sight,on a rainy night accompanied by a thunder storm and the ground filled with blood.One of them was his mother's dead body and her last words which haunted him the most.

"I'll never forgive you."

Thats all he had heard when he was picked up by someone,all shocked.

All these flashlights came to his mind when he received his Uncle's call.He invited him so that they can go to their graves.

"Are you sure you really wanna go?" Asked Roy.

"Ofcourse! I can't live like such a loser.Now I should get over this.I don't wanna live in my past and more importantly i don't want Dad to find about this."said Emir

*Or else he will destroy the whole town* he thought.

"Fine I will say to him that we are going to my farm house."

"But don't you think he will be suspicious of the date?" Asked Roy.

"We will leave two days before."

"Fine.Have a rest buddy and if you need anything else just call me."said Roy cause he knew these days of the year are the days when Emir is always at his lowest.Though he didn't wanna leave him alone but he knew that his father would mind because he don't like his friendship with him.

Emir took a shower trying to wipe away all the thoughts he was holding inside him.

"I am gonna get over this."

He said to himself.

While looking into the mirror he brushed his teeth.

"I am gonna be the number one. I am gonna beat this Sam.After that day I will never live in that past again.Only my work and me.I will prove every one wrong."

He was never so determined before.All his life he was yearning for happiness and joy.But now all he wanted was to acheive everything.His name at the top.Not because he wanted to be according to his father's expectations,but because of the fact that Sam is in the game.The rivalry they both had been keeping within themselves had made them their enemies despite the fact they had always admired each.

He then switched off the lights and laid on his bed,with all these thoughts in his mind he suddenly fell asleep.As it was his only escape from this creul reality.*Dream world*

Emiley and Aron had prepared all the plan to beat John and teach him a lesson for his life time.They decided to attack on him on his way back by hiding their appearances.Everything was planned.

Next morning Nancy came to breakfast,her eyes were little swollen and red.

"What happened to your eyes Nancy?" asked aunt Sophie.

"I didn't sleep really well last night.Maybe because of this."

"Fine have breakfast and then go and get some proper rest. You have to take care of yourself soon you will be married and--"

"For God's Sake will you please stop mentioning that. I am tired of listening this again and again." Said Nancy in annoyed tone.She left the breakfast and went to her room.

Aunt Sophie was suspicious of her behaviour as she never saw Nancy this annoyed before.It was the first time she behaved this way.

Emiley came and saw that scene. She observed aunt Sophie was busy in her own observation.when she noticed Emi is here she asked her

"What happened to her? "

"And i know you did something to her tell me clearly."said Sophie in concerned tone.

Emiley was quite shocked at her response as she never thought that Aunt Sophie would pay attention to their behaviours as only relationship between them was of hate.Emiley wanted to tell her what happened last night but she knew that Sophie will not believe her as she had her bad reputation of lying in front of her.

"Well yeah I know why she is annoyed."said Emi.

"What happened?"

"You just imagine when a person who doesn't have a sound sleep all night and when they wake up and saw same breakfast burnt bread and salty egg everyday, then how do you expect from that person to behave?"said Emi trying to divert her attention from Nancy.

"I know something is wrong.If you are not gonna tell me I will ask her myself later. I am going to give her breakfast on my own."

"Why are you acting like this?" Asked Emi.

"Like what?"

"Out of nowhere you are pretending that you care about her, her behaviour,her happiness?"

"Why would I pretend?"

"Because if you had really cared for her happiness in first place you had never ever made her engaged to that guy".

"Whats wrong with that guy?And i didn't force her to marry him.I just asked her and she agreed."

"Exactly! "Said Emi while standing up from the seat.

"Don't you even know little bit about her?She would never say no to you.She is not Emiley.She is the most stupid person i have seen my entire life.I am telling you if you really care for her then cancel this marriage or else I will use my own ways and you know very well about me.I hope you will think about it Auntie. Have a good day." Said Emiley while spreading jam on her bread.

Sophie was lost in her thoughts.No matter how much she used to hate them but she didn't realize why she is feeling upset because of Nancy.That was the first time she wasn't angry at Emi's words.But she didn't want her old friendship to end.She knew it would cause a huge fuss.So being a typical woman she went upstairs to Nancy and talked to her about what happened.

Nancy was laying on bed and her phone was ringing continuosly.She saw Aron was calling her.She hung up the call and messaged him she is okay because she doesn't wanna talk to anyone right now,specially him because she wanna maintain her distance.Even though it was hurting her like hell but that was the only thing she could do for his sake.In mean time she heard knock and saw her Aunt at the door.

Nancy was feeling guilty for her behaviour.She apologized to her and was frightened if she got to know what happened last night she will be furious like hell.

"I don't know what happened last night which made you this annoyed but Nancy this is life.Everything never goes smoothly.There are fights in every relationship but this doesn't mean that they fade away the love. Haven't you seen me and your Uncle.No matter how much we fight but we are always together.Everything will be fine and it will take time. You just have to be patient."

Said Aunt Sophie trying to console her.Though her words were right but Nancy knew this situation is applicable only if love exists.She knew they both doesn't love eachother.Moreover this situation was much more related in terms of her relationship with Aron.No matter how much they fight they always got each others back.She knew she couldn't think of him right now but all she could do was to agree with her.

"I completely understand.I will try my best not to disappoint you."said Nancy.

"I know this is hard but you'll manage this.Luckily you are not Emiley."

They both smiled.It was the first time Nancy saw her soft side.She was little bit shocked but always wanted her to be like this.To live like a happy family with warmth.She had always wanted a home.
