“No, he's been sitting here for a long time. I've been keeping an eye on him.” he answered.

The message tone rang on his phone, causing me to fall silent. Otherwise, I had many questions for him. I saw a clear concern on his face after reading the message. Without hesitation, he swiftly accessed the call log, dialed a number, and patiently waited.
