Brynn The castle was still humming with the echoes of her presence when we followed her inside. Frynn and I didn’t speak… neither of us dared to. The silence between us wasn’t uncomfortable, but reverent, like the hush that falls over a temple after a god departs. Moments ago, we had seen something I still wasn’t sure I believed: Mia leaping from one ridge to another like a streak of wind, her laughter carried through the trees as if nature itself delighted in her power. And now, that same goddess was somewhere upstairs as though the world hadn’t just shifted under her feet. The marble stairs groaned under our boots as we climbed, the old stone walls whispering with the breeze. It felt strange being nervous in our own home, but she had changed something fundamental about the air itself
