We pull up to what looks like an abandoned building. "You sure this is the place?" I ask Melanie.
"This is where Ayla said it was."
I simply hum.
Like we can trust anything that witch says.
"I know what you're thinking, but this place is consistent to what their warehouses look like," Mel murmurs.
Suddenly, an Omega emerges from the house dressed in a tuxedo. His eyes widen as he recognizes me through the window.
I roll it down and give him a cold stare. "Do we have a problem?" I ask, my tone dripping with indifference.
He swallows hard and stammers, "Of course not, Alpha Jaxon. I just don't believe you were expected."
"Last minute invitation from Alpha Carter."
