SOLANA Curling my hands into fists, I took a steadying breath. My husband was a wreck. Somehow, I could tell that this was just his grief talking. He was hurting just as much as I was. I didn't give him a response, I moved towards him. My heart pounded faster with every step I took because he looked terrifying. But I'd already lost too much to let fear take him from me too.
