Days of fall blurring past in a frenzy like it was in a hurry to get out of winter’s way, it was already starting to get a little nip in the air when Thanksgiving came through. Giggling as she talked to Tristian, Penelope teased, “So you and your sister-in-law are going shopping then hmm?” Knowing she was poking fun because she’d been right when she said things would work out with meeting Whilem’s family, Tristian was happy she was right.
“Yeah me and Becca are going to hit up a few stores, get some early Christmas shopping handled and then we’re going to get some lunch.” Teasing him by poking fun, Penelope was surprised when he ribbed, “Oh shush, I know you’ve been hanging out with Romeo’s sister. Jezebel called me all pregnant crybaby because you’d went to see her and didn’t tell her.”
