Not speaking on what had happened when he got home, Romeo’s sulk was only wiped away in the presence of his gorgeous wife and adorable son. Both laying on the love thick as if feeling he was not his usual self, Mateo and him were chilling on the couch with Pedro. The huge dog on one side and his son on the other, they were kicked back just watching a movie. Eating popcorn and drinking waters, they were both quiet and still when Penelope finally joined. Stretched out and belly in his hand, he rubbed his kicking son and kissed his wife’s head as he asked, “You feeling okay?” Nodding she peeked at him, “You?” he sighed, “Fine.”
Not commenting more on what was going on in his head, Penelope promised, “When you’re ready to talk, I’m here.” He knew that and let her be when it was time.
