32 Meeting Belinda Thank goodness for work. If I didn’t have work, I think I would have gone totally off my head. I guess this was why so few who suffer exceptions survive long. Work, while boring and the same, offered me exciting random events. Truth is, when I went to work, I never quite knew what was coming through the doors. Emergencies came in through the white area of the clinic and casualties came in through the gray area of the clinic. Although, on any given day, there was little that went on that wasn’t planned, pre-scheduled, sorted and classified. There was always a chance that something random could happen.
