“I don’t believe it,” Brian muttered to himself as he sat in front of his screen looking at the message from the Popular Insurance Company. 418 had checked itself back into the clinic, this time with a foot injury. The claim was being processed, but in the meantime, he could come and view his staff, if he wished—or subscribe for push updates—at Clinic 14.
Brian sighed. Normally he wouldn’t have cared, but he hadn’t even got a day’s work out of 418, and it was back at the clinic. He would have to go and see if he was going to convince the Popular that 418 should be written off. He would ask them again why we all just couldn’t get on with things.
