9 Family Is Important Brian got out of the carport at the office. “It is staff,” Brian kept thinking to himself, “and because it is staff, it isn’t supposed to matter.” But the whole idea that someone had managed to lose their wife, staff or not, didn’t sit well with Brian; after all, he had matched them. Yes, he would have to look into this. Arriving back at the office, he logged into his management screen. With annoyance, he noted the bank had wiped out the payment history to 418. It annoyed him that re-initializing meant recreating 418’s account. It annoyed him he hadn’t thought of that. Brian opened the Popular’s website and clicked on his claim.
