In the moment before I opened my eyes, I thought to myself that this was going to be a good day. I had sent King a message, and I knew he wouldn’t let me down. I was looking forward to seeing him. My eye snapped opened and I smiled at Samuel. “Good morning Samuel, yes, let’s go.” And before I knew it, the hotel had dissolved away, and Samuel was getting me out of my chair and into the shower.
