(MARILYN’S POV)
My eyes fluttered open as I heeed the persistent knocks on the door.
Louis! I thought.
I swung my legs off the bed and smoothened my silk robe before heading to the door and opening it.
My mother looked back at me with a ‘what the heck ‘ look as I opened the door.
“Um, high mum.” I said shifting uneasily on my toe. Mum walked passed me right in to my room…. With no invitation I promise you.
