(MARILYN’S POV)
Mum was the first person who noticed after she stepped out of the car.
“Oh. This is a surprise.” I heard her say as I readjusted my lipgloss, and that urged me to get out of the car even faster. I shut the door and hurried to the other side and followed Mum’s gaze.
Lilliana was just getting out of a car too. She had a friend with her , tall and good looking just like she.
“It is indeed.” I agreed with mum.
We were just deciding what route to take when we heard an exclamation.
“Oh! Hy Guys!” Someone yelled.
“Uh oh.” I said.
It was Lilliana and she approached us with her friend tagging along.
“Why is she acting like she likes us?” Mum whispered to me
“I don’t know.” I said.
But we waited until Lilliana got to us. And so did her friend. Again, seeing Lilliana up
