The news spread like wildfire in just an hour. Liam's hand shook as he turned his phone off and walked to the kids.
"We have to go home now, it's getting late." He said quickly and took them into the car, driving off crazily on the road.
Jade became alarmed, "Daddy, is everything okay?"
"Yes, darling. I just want us to get home real quick." He said, the urgency in his voice betraying his calm face. He slowed down a bit so the children don't get to worried. But when it got it to traffic,
"Shit." Liam's legs shook crazily underneath his seat, his lips opening a little for breath.
