Lisa’s POV,
I walked inside my office after the meeting and Rose followed me behind. “What happened, boss? Did you get the deal?” She asked excitedly and I turned towards her.
“What do you think about it?” I asked her with a straight face, ignoring her question and sat on my chair. She then stood in front of my table, completely clueless. “Tell me, Rose? Is that possible for me to get a deal over that Charles Corporation, CEO, Mr. James Charles? Huh?” I asked her with a poker face.
“Umm… I-I… D-Don’t know, boss.” She stuttered due to fear of me and spoke with a low voice which was barely audible to me. I then raised my eyebrows, maintaining the same posture.
“I can’t hear you, Rose.” I said looking straight into her eyes which were piercing her soul and she gulped loudly.
