DEVIL'S LOVE

CHAPTER 10

James's POV,

It's been a year from my graduation and I took over my parent's company. Guess what, I am the new CEO of Charles Corporation. And, it's obviously a strict bossy vibe and no one have guts to speak over my words.

Being successful in one side and loving my girl on the other side was kinda soothing. Yes, I love her so much, as one year passed by within a fraction of seconds. I am so happy that I deserve someone that I love with my whole heart.

I admit that I am super romantic when she's around me. She was very comfortable around me and it makes me want her more. Even we love each other for about a year now, I still didn't get my first kiss.

That's the saddest part of this f*****g year, but this won't happen anymore and she was gonna turn 18. She said to me that, we could have our first kiss on her 18th birthday. And, I am patiently waiting for the big day to arrive.

'Oh man, you forgot something that she is gonna graduate today.' I mumbled and got off my office. I got in my car, heading towards the school to give her a surprise on this special day.

Lisa's POV,

Can anyone believe me that I finally completed my schooling? I am so happy and wanted to spend this day with him. Sadly, he told me that he had some important meeting to deal with and what to do with it? I mumbled walking towards the main gate.

I heard a car that stopped beside me and I am pretty sure, that's him. But he told me, he won't appear. So I ignored it, continued walking towards the gate.

All of a sudden, something wrap around my waist and I know, it's him. So, I leaned my head back, resting over his hard chest. Yes, he is well-built now and handsome too.

I giggled as he gave a peak over my cheeks and I love his lips over mine, feels so good to have him besides. I shut my eyes and stayed there for a moment. He spunt me to look at him.

"Hey beautiful, wanna go out with me?" He asked caressing my soft cheek muscles.

"Uh-huh, but sir, you told me that you had that dumb meeting to deal with?" I asked raising my eyebrows and he chuckled, nodding at my question.

"Ahh, babe, just forget it and I am all yours, don't you know?" he asked making me blush and smirking at his own question.

"But sir, you lied to me. May I know your reason?" I asked teasingly and he sighed, looking into my eyes intensely.

"Babe, I just wanted to surprise you and planned on something special for you... Oh God, My mistake." He said running his long fingers over his messy hair, caused by the wind. He looks sexy.

"What have you planned for me?" I asked curiously, ignoring his sexiness and he rolled his eyes, looking away.

"Oh man, I just ruined the surprise... And you will know when we reach." He muttered, opening the door for me to enter. 'Aww, so sweet of him, don't you think so?' I mumbled.

He drove me to my home to get me changed into something comfortable. I wore as he told and heading to the destination that he mentioned an hour ago.

"Okay, come on, babe. We are here." He said and I looked around to grin in surprise.

"Is this the place, we came a year ago?" I asked running like a happy child through the barks to reveal the water body. To be true, I missed this place and it's a peaceful place too.

"Do you like it?" He asked and I nodded happily, making him laugh at my childishness. He pulled me and pecked on my forehead.

We watched the sunset in comfortable silence and leaning over his chest, his arm over my waist. This is the best feeling ever, being with the love of your life beside you. 

We stood and ate our diner, heading back to my home. He leaned to give me his goodbye kiss as usual and I got out to enter my home. 

I walked straight to my room as I am too tired to talk with my parents. I studied hard these days for my exam and need some good rest. I changed into my pyjamas, falling asleep within seconds. 

I wake up with sunlight beaming at me through the open window, mumbling, I brushed and got myself a cup of coffee downstairs. When my parents saw me, motioning me to sit beside them.

"Good morning, sweety. I heard all your exams were over by now and is everything good between you and James?" My mother asked without letting her breath out and it's kinda funny.

"Good morning mom and dad. Yeah, it's over and good between us." I said sipping my hot coffee over my hand and they seemed satisfied at my reply.

"That's good to hear, sweety. We have planned something for you and James..." she stopped for a moment and I assured her by nodding to continue what was she saying before.

"... Umm... As you both like each other, right? So..." I nodded again, sipping my last drop of the coffee in my mug, placing on the dining table and she looked at my father.

"...So, we planned you two to live in your home, I mean, just you and James. As you are going to get married." My eyes widen in shock, quickly recovering from it. I smiled at them pleasingly.

"Are you okay with it?" My dad asked, breaking the eye contact with my mom, I nodded blushing hard at the thought of him, living all alone with me, in 'our' home.

"Okay then, we are going to leave you at your house, today at 6 pm." My dad announced giving my mom a peck over her cheeks and I looked away at their crazy love.

"But dad, I have not packed any of my clothes or maybe somethings?" I asked looking at him, hoping for an answer.

"We had bought you new clothes to wear there and it's all set. So, don't worry about it, sweety." My mom answered for my dad, nodding and I walked upstairs.

It's been 5:45 pm. I got dressed in a purple long sleeve silk shirt with black jeans. I went downstairs as my mom called for me. We got in our SUV and drove me to the destination.

My jaw dropped to see a fancy mansion, all in white and it's pretty massive for only two to live in. I blushed at the thought of him living with me in this house, I mean 'our' house.

I came to reality by Mrs.Charles greeting us, waving her hands higher to catch our attention. I looked beside her to find James, wearing all black, staring at me and I looked away when he smirked at me.

"Okay, let's go in, sweety." My mom said and I followed her like a little puppy, who follows his mom for safety and protection. I meant that no teenager would like to follow the parent's orders, right? But I do.

I was taken into surprise looking at the interior, all decorated in white and it's kinda angelic or heaven with everything in pure white. I love it.

After our diner in our home, his parents and mine left us alone, bidding their goodbyes. I looked at him, who was already staring at me without blinking his beautiful eyes.

"Umm... James...?" I called him out of a question and he blinked after a few seconds, coming to reality.

"Do you like this... I mean 'our' home?" He said walking towards me, pulling me close to him, brushing my cheeks.

"Yeah, I love it and the interior design is awesome too." I said squealing under him and he chuckled at my silly act.

"I know, you love it, babe." He said pulling me to give a kiss over my forehead and I blushed at his cute little thing, I mean his soft lips, don't think something else... hehehe.

"Cute... Okay, let's go on a home tour, cutie." He said, making me blush even hard like a tomato. He intervened our hands and leading me upstairs.

"Babe, this is our bedroom. Do you like it?" He said as I turned to see a king-sized bed, lying in the middle perfectly with grey wall. Wait, what did he say? What? he said 'our' bed and it means, we share the same room. I chuckled.
