“ where did you two disappear anyway ? “ , Xenia questioned and with her question all the laughter died down on the table and instantly felt fear flow down in the pit of my stomach . My body tensed up and l actually had no answer for her question . “ I told you last night don’t you remember “ , Axel hurriedly replied to her while giving my knee a little squeeze telling me to calm down .
“ Yeah but you never came back … or l think I was just drunk to recognize that “ , She pushed on the subject but then I relaxed a little bit when I heard her last words and watched her run her hand over her face evidently showing that she was no doubt collecting every thing that happened in the night .
