“Take her away? That won't do.” Violet was anxious. Lucian drove slowly firstly, because they had two sleeping toddlers, Arlan and Mara in the back seats and Violet was pregnant and stressed due to everything that has been going on.
He found the situation more complicated than what happened between Violet and him back then. But one thing that was clear to him was Allen’s decision.
Lucian made the same decision back then without any regrets and so he understood Allen well enough.
“How about I call Uncle? He has a lot of explaining to do any ways” Violet suggested after a moment of silence.
