Selene's POV
I bleed heavily...yet I try to complete the syllabus.
Hudson could feel Selene's pain...He visits class and spares time with students... Selene makes time to sip some water.
Selene is happy in her professional life... The exam period starts, so she gets busy preparing the question papers...She revises the children before exams...
The kids co-operate well when Selene make them revise...
Selene bleeds for more than 40 days... She becomes exhausted and loses 8 kgs of weight, due to the non-stop blood flow... Meanwhile, Hudson takes off for some days, Selene misses him.. yet she finds solace with the kids.
Exam starts...
Selene feels tired and giddy during the exam inspections...She takes a day off and informs the superior about it...
The superior finds a new teacher to replace Selene. She feels sad but has no other choice left.
Kane's trip to London...
Selene calls her mother, .. as Kane decides to visit London for an official trip... Deep down Selene feels unprotected to live alone with in-laws...
Selene's POV
I left the job I loved...
My mom is beside me...She is my guiding angel...
Selene visits the nearby garden next to her home. She carries Elena with her to play in the garden... A part of Selene misses Kane.. but she gets coped by spending time in nature...
Rosalin: Why do you want to spend time with your daughter?...
Selene's mom: She is not well... so I have to.
Rosalin: Then go somewhere else....don't stay here.. (in a rude tone)...
Selene's mom keeps silent as tears roll down her eyes...
Kane returns and Selene had to say bye to her mom...Selene gets an emotional heartbreak to send her back...
Selene becomes feeble due to her hard work and irregular diet plan. She gets giddiness, vomiting and low blood pressure... Selene was taken to the hospital, she is instructed to have the iron syrup, calcium dose and vitamin tonic.
Selene's recovery...
Kane takes Selene and her daughter to Bangalore for vacations... The journey was from Mumbai to Bangalore. . We smoothly travelled in the Indigo flight...
Kane: Do you like having something?..
Selene: Yup..!! cold coffee and fortune cookie!!...
Kane: Ok..will get it for you...
I had a cold coffee with a fortune cookie at the Bangalore airport... I opened to check my fortune... " Get well soon.....you will have a great vacation"..... ( the fortune was perfect!!!)...
We take a cab at dawn and travel down the lane.It gets darker as we head to their home. Finally we reach Darren's home at 8.30 pm. Sky travel was comfortable than the road travel...
Selene hugs Kia when she meets her... While Kane feels happy to see Darren (his close friend and business partner).
Kane also work as a business partner in Darren's company. As Kane is a multitasking person, he works for two companies.
Kia: I cook vegetarian...So can I make Rotis with Paneer masala and cauliflower sabzi??
Selene: Yeah...you can...any help in cooking?..
Kia: No dear...you might be tired with travel..I'll do.
We have our dinner together and chit-chat...
Next day ~
Selene and Kia go for the outdoor shopping...
Selene: I will get some cute dresses for Elena...
Kia: Ok...I am visiting the nearby shop.....you wait here...
Kane and Darren go their way for personal purchases... Girls shopping gets done by 9 p.m.We all get back in the car...We had Satyanarayana Puja the next day. All preparations were made with fun before hitting the sack...
Satyanarayana Puja ~
Selene wakes up early, has a shower and wraps a maroon saree with a gold zardozi blouse...She readies Elena with a maroon partywear...Kane wears a blue jean full sleeve shirt... Sean is Kane's bestie and colleague....he stays for puja.
Sean: Hi... Kane and Selene.
Kane: How are you buddy..?
Sean: I am good...(hugs Kane)
Selene: How are you, bro??
Sean: I'm good...How are you??
Selene: All well...
Kane: Let's all leave for breakfast...
We all have our breakfast in a South Indian restaurant... Hot idlis, ghee dosa, tea, sambhar and chutneys are served for us... We make a quick move to home for the puja...
We have puja, ....with aarthi and prayers offered to Lord Vishnu. Pujari's chant mantras on the auspicious day...
Selene looks Hella ethereal that day...
Kane: You look gorgeous...
Selene: Really...thank you...
Kane flips over Selene and unbuttons her top. She holds his hip...and unzips...His hands move over her body...He thrusts and she moans. They make love. Romance lit up the room.....It was one of the mesmerising nights of Selene...
Selene and Kia go to Phoenix mall with the kids... Kids have fun in the play zone and relish candies...Kids do sliding, climbing and jumping over the net.
Selene plays g*n shooting...She concentrates and shots every bottle. Kia comments.... " the tiger will run away before you shoot".... Selene shoots all the bottles and Kia screams "wow"...
Then Selene and Kia visit Iscon temple with kids...The journey in the metro goes with funny talks and giggles...
The temple has a positive vibe...People chant " HARE KRISHNA, HARE KRISHNA, KRISHNA KRISHNA, HARE HARE...HARE RAMA, HARE RAMA, RAMA RAMA, HARE HARE... We also join them...God's devotion fills a positive vibe in the temple's atmosphere.
Selene has faith in Krishna and believes all God have a divine supreme power...The temple has plenty of steps to climb...People offer flowers, money and food...
Iscon temple has shops with god's idol, feng shui related things and books. Selene purchases a feng shui crystal tree, lucky tortoise, kuber idol and books... We have yummy dhal khichdi steamed with jeera, rice and dhal...Finally we filled our energy levels by eating.....
The next day we pack our luggage to return to our normal life. Selene organises and pack the purchased stuff in a trolley and old clothes in a backpack.

We enjoyed being together, we cared, we shared and departure seemed difficult...
We click photos to recall our memories and Selene waves bye to all...
Darren's family drop us at the Airport with a smiling face...we painstakingly say bye to each other.
