Chapter 8: Kane and Selene separated - (the mysterious guy)

Selene quits her job and now she is responsible to fill her life with goodness. Kane is secretly dating Sheya from his office. He had chosen her for his team 1 year back. From that time things have been changing between Kane and Selene.

Kane doesn't seem to have a word with Selene. Although Selene tries her best to reunite, no signs of togetherness from him. He even occupies the hall to sleep besides choosing his bedroom.

Selene feels lonely and misses her home. She can watch Kane always messaging to Sheya and being in his world. Now Selene takes the initiative to say goodbye to him.

Arrival brings happiness...!!

Selene with a heavy heart tells Kane to bring her back to her native. Kane finally agrees to take Elena and Selene to their home. They catch the Indigo flight to reach their destination.

Selene feels she can live in her parents home and can change Kane. But Kane doesn't have a similar choice. Kane promises Selene to return to her.

Selene calls him yet he doesn't respond. After two months he sends her a divorce notice. Selene's heart breaks as tears roll down her chin. She could recall every good moments she had with Kane and also the pain she endured from them.

Separation leads to heartbreak!!

Selene and her parents decide to approach a lawyer for not giving him a divorce. Selene's family supports her in every step. Elena grows with good parental guidance from Selene and under her grandparents care. Gia loves to spend time with Elena and Selene. They watch movies together, play, see the twinkling stars at night, practice arts and stitching.

On the other side, Selene gets busy attending the court regarding her divorce case and mediation. Yet Kane doesn't co-operate much in the reunion part. It has been a year, still, he doesn't try to ask her about the whereabouts nor anything about Elena.

Selene feels bad about the fact that at least he couldn't be a good husband, he could have been a good father (parent). Selene decides to approach the police station to get her jewels and dowry which her dad give at her wedding. The process is underway, In the meantime, Selene makes a hard decision to let go of Kane...when he is not interested in her. She thinks why to chase someone who has no love for her.

Kane returns to his home and Selene stays in her home. She feels happy to live in her own home with peace in her heart. Elena loves the garden of their home, as there are cats, plants, trees and a swing in their home garden.

Nivi gifts Selene a good bracelet engraved with the symbol of Roman God Janus. Nivi is the mom of Selene, who loves her like anything. Nivi says, there are two sides to people, one is the good side and the other is their evil side. Always embrace both sides in a person. So Selene chooses to acknowledge people of both sides and embrace them in her life.

Selene is watched by CIDs ~

Selene walks through an alley to catch the metro to Brentford. She is watched over by a few undercover CIDs. She orders a Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino from Star bucks and slowly sips it, which gives a pleasant aroma to her nose.

A courier boy approaches her to deliver an enveloped letter. The outside of the envelope is inscribed with the letter "K".

Selene is lively watched by some CIDs. She opens the letter and reads in her mind ~

" Few CIDs are watching over you. Get a metro from Miami at 10 a.m to reach Boston. Pick up a guy from the same height as mine and make them believe as if it's me., Burn this letter immediately as you read..."

Selene burns the letter and leaves the place. CIDs follow her in the metro... She checks out to pick a random guy to have a conversation with.

The mysterious guy ~

Selene occupies a seat next to a mysterious guy. He was using an e-cigarette and apologizes to Selene for the inconvenience.

Selene says... I don't mind...

Mysterious guy asks...so you are..?

She says..." I am Selene"...You are...?

I am Jaden... He says...

Jaden: Looking at you, I feel someone killed your dad and you want to get justice for his crime...

Selene: giggles... No.

Selene: So you are a musician right?

Jaden: No...I am a Maths teacher.

Selene: I couldn't feel you like you are a Maths teacher.

Jaden: Hmm... So you love somebody...??

Selene: Yes. Two years back.

Jaden: Ok...

Selene: You love someone?

Jaden: Yes I did....but she left me.

Selene: Ok...then.

Jaden: I can feel as if someone looking at us.

Selene checks... Few CIDs watch over them...

She replies: You may be paranoid (laughs)

Jaden: Is it..?

Selene: Ok....now you can invite me for a dinner

Jaden: What...ok??

Selene: Yeah...

Jaden: I would like this gorgeous lady to dine with me...!!

Selene says... Yea...

Jaden and Selene have their dinner served with chicken soup, chicken fry, bread, pizza, red wine and French fries. Both of them talk until they get down at Boston.

Selene gets a boat from Boston, she invites Jaden to join her. They reach La Cruz hotel and books the private suite of 405. She says... it's her husband and takes him along.

CIDs follow her every move. Selene opens the cupboard to check her surprise gifts of diamond jewellery, lavish clothes and shoes.

She changes her attire to a grey slit gown with a pair of diamond earrings. Jaden says...if I am not wrong...your lover has got you the surprise. I don't think the hotel provides such gifts. She smiles and calls him for a lunch.

Darren arranges few bodyguards to catch Kane and kill Selene. Kane has stolen 30 crores from Darren's company and broken his trust. He says.. spare Kane's life until we get the money.

Darren tracks the CDs move to reach Boston. He lands his private jet in Boston. Few bodyguards track the La Cruz hotel to catch the mysterious guy and kill Selene.

When Jaden wakes up, he has breakfast and reads Selene's note.

"I am leaving for an hour...will return as soon as possible. " - Selene.

The bodyguards break open the door to catch Jaden. He tries to escape from them and gets landed in the police station.

The police get his report written ...

Jaden says... I am an American...once I meet a woman...few people follow us and today someone tried to kill me... They think I am Kane. But I am not...

The cop notes the detail to check his identity... It shows he is a traveller and not Kane. In the midnight cop takes Jaden to a boat and hand him over to Darren.

Darren bribes the cop to kill the mysterious guy after knowing about Kane. Suddenly a boat arrives and drags Jaden to the other boat. It was none other than Selene to save him. She feels Jaden got into trouble because of her.
