Kenzie POV

“That sounds nice” I said smiling, turning to look at him. He smiled back and I felt tingles throughout my entire body. He’s so incredibly handsome. We drove for a little bit before I realized that we were in front of my apartment building. “You live here?”

“Yeah.”

“So do I.” He looked at me and chuckled. “Like I said earlier, small world.” He got out of the car and came over to my side. He opened the door and grabbed my hand helping me out. He kept ahold of my hand as we walked into the apartment building. We got into the elevator and he pushed the button for the fifth floor. I live on the fifth floor. “This is my floor too.”

“What apartment number?”

“Two.”

“I’m in four.” He looked at me with a wide grin. A grin that’ll make any girl drop her panties for. When we reached his apartment, he unlocked the door and led me inside. He closed the door behind us and turned the light on. I looked around while he went to the kitchen. “Do you want something to eat or drink?” he called out.

“Just a water is fine” I said. He came out of the kitchen a few minutes later with two waters and some popcorn.

“For the movie” he smiled. We walked over to the couch and sat down. “What kind of movie do you want to watch?” he asked me.

“Surprise me.” Of course, he would choose a scary movie. It’s not that I don’t like them, I just don’t care much for all the blood. He grabbed a blanket and put it over the both of us. I scooted closer to him and snuggled against him. I laid my head on his chest and he wrapped his arm around my body.
