“Diana, you are to untie Alice and lead her to the bed. I want her in the center on a fluffy towel to catch any drips, and with her head right at the foot of the mattress. You can bind her spread eagled and I’ll be along shortly after I empty my bladder; I suggest you ladies do likewise, as you can both count on being a bit...tied up...shall we say for the next considerable length of time.”
