She replied, "I'm sorry, but I can't obey you. We'll all die if I listen to you. Why can't you see how dire this situation is?" Andrea followed her out the door. "What a scumbag! How could I have forgotten that women use their bodies to communicate?Anna balled her fists at her sides and bit her lip to hold back her tears as Noah smirked. Although he had called her names nearly every day of her life, she felt insulted that he had done it in front of Andrea. When Anna turned back, she saw that Andrea had stabbed Noah in the palm of his hand with a huge knife and then slit the blade up his arm, causing Luna Martha to scream in a vain attempt to stop her son from suffering any further. Anna was startled by her brother's agonising cry and froze. Anna rushed to stop Andrea before he could pierce her brother's throat, saying, "Please, no!" His dark green eyes shifted to her when he felt her touch; she was trembling in fear, her body feeling chilled, tears welling up in her eyes, and her desire to save her family troubled and irritated him. Anna saw that he released his hold on her brother despite his obvious irritation. Before you speak, stop and consider your words! Before the males in her family made another error, Anna swiftly grasped Andrea's hand and led him up the stairs to a chamber. Adira trailed behind, positioning herself near the top of the stairs. Andrea growled as he stepped on Noah's damaged hand, causing him to squeal like a pig and scream in pain. "I'll be at this spot the whole time. Noah and Dad will think I'm with you. They're prisoners, so they can't come out here and see how we're doing. Adira whispered to her sister, "Make the conversation quick," but the man next to them had heard everything. "Don't lock the door from the inside and yell if anything happens," Adira urged loudly enough to alert Andrea that if he had unsavoury plans for her sister, he should reconsider them. Anna nodded, not looking at Andrea's face. Had he been offended? He wouldn't hurt her sister like he did Noah, would he? The two of them shared a second floor room; Anna led Andrea to the middle room, closing the door behind them, even though it was her own. Andrea looked around the medium-sized room, realising it was Adira's room; Anna's scent was not in the room; why had she brought him to her sister's room? Anna turned to face the Alpha, who had strangely remained silent after committing such intense acts of violence. "What's not right?"I'm sorry," she said, taking her hand away from his. She had been holding his hand on the way up the stairs, which was really embarrassing. Andrea noticed a blush on her cheeks, which she immediately moved to conceal when she remembered why she was with him. Yet she had no idea where to begin. She asked, worried that he had not forgotten what Adira had said. "What topic were you hoping to discuss?Andrea struck into a discussion. "Earlier, my mother told me the reason behind your attack on our pack. I regret learning about your cousin. It still amazes me that my brother did such a horrible thing. "I sincerely apologise on behalf of my family and my entire pack for his actions," she said, bowing her head in humility. This was the first time that the Ardara Moon Pack had ever apologised to Andrea, and he was shocked that the youngest member of the Alpha family had said it. The adults in this family just needed to speak up and give him more justification for killing them in the most torturous way possible. Anna, on the other hand, was forthright and ashamed. "If you think that after your single apology, I'll let your family survive, you're wrong." Andrea questioned if she was taking advantage of him simply because he agreed to speak with her. He had given up on women. Maybe all along, she had been playing tricks on him because of her sweet face. Looking down at the worn-out, ragged slippers she was wearing, she responded, "I know," with a tinge of terror. "This is a meaningless conversation if you already know. Andrea declared, "You want me to let go of your family, and I'm not going to do that," as he turned to face the door and left the space. "However, have you not had your revenge?Andrea turned to face the terrified woman, "You've already killed Lewis," Anna inquired. It was him who killed and sexually assaulted your relative. It is right that he should pay the price for his transgressions. You've already exacted your retribution. Thus, why?" She came to a halt when she felt constricted by her emotions and feared they had rendered her weak. "Don't murder my family. Please, he looked at her face as if he were trying to read her, and she concluded her statement. He had always believed that the female's weapon was their tears, which Helen had used to try and gain his sympathy, but this female was trying to influence Andrea's views with her words. He had seen tears in her eyes a few seconds earlier, which she might have used to control and emotionally manipulate him, but he couldn't see them now. "But things don't work the same way in our world," Andrea said, leaning against the wall with both hands tucked in his pockets. His figure had grown even more attractive in this stance, making his legs longer. "Our vengeance was complete with the death of Lewis," he said, understanding Anna's sentiments. "Then again, there was hope in Anna's heart," he said. "Exactly what are you saying?"She inquired, and Andrea, who had just dashed her aspirations, gave her pale face a caustic gaze. "The wheat and the weevil are crushed together. In a similar vein, a person's family must bear the repercussions of his behaviour. Your pack has broken werewolf laws for years. Your brother broke into a hostel for women only, violated the terms of the peace treaty, and killed and sexually assaulted my cousin. You have no idea how the members of that poor woman's family are doing. She was the sole child of her parents. Her parents refused to give up on her despite the fact that she was blind." The realisation that the woman was blind left Anna's hands and feet feeling as cold as ice. Her animalistic brother had plunged her and her family into a maze from which they would never emerge. Even after destroying the Ardara Moon Pack and killing every member of it, Andrea's vengeance would remain incomplete because the man who had lost his blind daughter had lost all reason to live. Anna lost all faith in pleading for her family's survival after learning the whole truth. She raised her gaze, daring to meet his cold one. He was adamant about his decision. She was finished. "How do you plan to handle my parents?" she ventured to ask, her chest throbbing with despair. She was embarrassed by her own query. She needed to know if they would be granted a burial or not because she was sure to die before her family. Andrea wasn't sure if he should answer her question or not as she seemed to be desperately trying to hold back her tears. "Please tell me," she begged. "Luna and the Alpha will be decapitated. "Your brother will suffer the same fate as your father since he would've been named the next Alpha," Andrea said before Anna could ask. She knew in the back of her mind that it was going to happen, and that if the Ardara Moon Pack had won the fight, they would have done the same. Since he was our adversary and a daughter of our family was slain, your parents' bodies will be left for the animals to consume." Andrea told her about his ancestor's traditions, which he intended to follow. "How is my sister doing? What fate has in store for her?"Anna had not even bothered to consider herself. The laws of the Ardara Moon Pack did not mention beheading females. Her sister wasn't a Luna, so she wondered what punishment she would receive under the laws of the Sirius Bright Pack. Rather than answering Anna, Andrea looked directly into her eyes. Would she be able to endure the punishment meted out to her innocent sister? She impatiently awaited his response, but he simply turned to walk away. What had his silence meant? Andrea's hand stopped on the doorknob and he scowled at Anna, who was on her knees in front of him. "No," Anna stammered as she realised what the penalty was. "Adira, the Alpha's daughter, will be thrown to the males of the Sirius Bright Pack. Those males would exploit her body for as long as they desired before killing her. "I'm prepared to be punished in place of every member of my family." "What are you doing?Even though he had only known her for five minutes, he could tell she wasn't one to give in quickly and would do everything for her family, so he growled. "Pardon my family, please. Instead, kill me. You are free to dismember my entire body and chop off my skull. You're free to feed my body parts to wildlife or use them whatever you see fit. Lewis's transgressions are not the fault of my family or the innocent pack members, but I'm willing to take the fallout for them. Please, Anna was crying too much to contain herself. Andrea sat before her on his knees, staring into her large, tearful eyes. She was even more stunning when she was crying. "It's not possible," he remarked, casting a sidelong glance at her blouse's V-neck that exposed her breasts. He could see that she wasn't wearing a bra underneath because her top was already so slender. His shocked eyes jumped to hers as he said, "Then take me as a slave," barely able to wrench his ravenous eyes from her large breasts. How come?" "You intend to murder us in retaliation for the insult to your family and pack, right? You've already slain Lewis, so you have justice for your cousin. For other reasons, if you take me as your slave, I can make up for your loss. I’ll obey you and do anything you want. I swear I'll not weep if you abuse me. I'll take the beatings and spend my life as a slave until you're pleased, but first, you have to let my family go. Allow them to live," she tried to negotiate while shaking in fright. She knew full well that her future would be destroyed by what she provided. But it would be worse to be an orphan than a slave. She started crying again, but Andrea brushed them away. "The deal sounds appealing. But I don't mistreat females or pups, so there's no way I'm taking you as a slave," she said. "Then what do you want from me? I’ve nothing else to offer you," she thought. She was at a loss for ideas. As usual, Andrea's question was direct: "Are you a virgin?" Anna's face was terrified and she looked stunned. What made him want to know if she was still a virgin? Had he meant to defile her honour in the same manner that Lewis had defiled his cousin's? His eyes had turned a darker tint than before. He waited for her answer as she continued to stare at him in disbelief. She was forced to respond to his query with a "Yes." A sigh of relief passed through his chest at her reply. Dean snarled with pleasure. Andrea had previously talked to his wolf about what they required from this woman. "If you agree, I will spare your family and the rest of this pack for something I need you for." "Really?Anna was taken aback. At last, he had thought of something. Andrea was prepared to part from her family. She was scared of him, but also full of hope. She was clueless as to what he was going to ask her. Something had to be agreed upon by her. Her voice was like a whisper, "What do you expect from me?" Andrea caressed her soft lips with his fingertips. "Will you be my proxy?" Andrea said.
