Chapter Eleven

In Vincenza highschool, days turned in weeks with the same routine..

Classes, breaks, classes again and finally going home.

And with that, there has been a close relationship with two seat partners. Anne and Alex. Even the students started to nice it but didn't say anything because they feared Alex.

Maybe for Anne, Alex and her were just friends, but little did she know that her little banter with him, her cute smile, her softly spoken words, were making him like her a little bit more than a friend.

Even Clara noticed this, she noticed how Alex behaved and the way he was with Anne. Clara knew that somewhere, Alex liked Anne.

Clara Even asked Anne if she liked Alex, but Anne laughed it out saying "Clara, we're just friends, you should know better".. Clara knew Anne didn't like anything called feelings or love. Anne once told Clara that they're distractions in life. So Clara decided not to ask further.

Another eyes that noticed Anne and Alex was David. Yes, David Salvatore. He was vexed. Anger was an understatement and the worst part is he didn't even know why.

He had to tell his mom everything that was going on in his mind.

" Mom, there's this girl in school, and she's soo... adorable" David said.

"You like her" Mia, David's mother said

"But I didn't even tell you that I like her" David said

" You don't need to dear, I can see it in your eyes and the way you're speaking about her. And by the way you don't talk about girls so this one must be special" Mia said.

" So, you think I like her?" David asked

" I don't think you like her, I know you like her" Mia said.

Ok let me ask you this.

Do you feel happy when she's around? Mia asked.

I do. David replied

Ok, Do you get jealous or let's say upset when she talks to someone else? Mia asked

Yes, very David replied

Ok, do you wish to see her everyday whether at school or not?

Hm, yes. David replied

See, that means you like her a lot already dear.That means it won't take long to get a daughter in law.Mia said while smiling.

David blushed and that shocked Mia.

Did you just blush? Mia asked her son.

David cleared his throat. No mom he said, running away.

Awwnn how cute Mia said looking at her son running away to avoid the question.

So, that's how David figured out his feelings, that he actually likes Anne a lot. The realization made his heart race faster than normal, and it was impossible for him to control the beat.

On the other hand, Alex was stuck between telling Anne how he felt and keeping her as friends. He was scared that she would not accept him and he would loose both her and their newly established friend ship.
