Chapter Five

518 Words
David's POV I went into the classroom and behold there he was sitted like he ruled the world with an iron staff, Alex Cesare. He should be taught some manners, I told myself but then I remembered the type of person I am. Cold, rude and aloof. Maybe we're just the same. I ignored him and went towards a seat near the window. I love sitting where near the window that I don't know why. All the students came along after sometime. It was already 8:30am, so as expected, a teacher walked in to give us the first lecture of the day. That was math, a subject I knew I could never fail even when I'm asleep. Yup, I'm that good at math. In the middle of lecture some girl tapped my back saying "hi David". I just looked at her and ignored her. She thinks because I know her, I'd start being informal. What a b!tch. Yes, I know the b!tch sitting behind me. Bella King, the daughter of Mr and Mrs King. They are our business partners and so, we do know each other. But this girl is taking our knowing eachother too far now. Looking at her, though I'm not a hater, she isn't even pretty, even to the lowest. With the blush that made her whole face pink unnecessarily and the eyeliner that made her look like a ghost. At least ghosts are prettier if you compare. Facing forward, I focused on the teacher and then a girl came in panting like she ran from he top of a mountain and back down. The teacher spoke "Miss Dicaprio, you are late" Dicaprio, I thought. Oh.. she must be the actress daughter, Amy Dicaprio. But I don't know her name and I also don't care. I look down to my book, listening to the conversation between Miss Dicaprio and the Maths teacher. Math teacher: Why are you late? Clara: It's because of my mom sir, she woke up a bit late Math teacher: But you driver could have dropped you off. Clara: My mom said since it's the beginning of session, she wanted to see us off... "US" who's the us, I thought, then a girl also came in panting just like Miss Dicaprio. "Clara, I told you to wait for me" she said, bending her head down to catch her breath. Her voice was soothing to me. Something in me wanted her to raise her head up. "I told you to run fast didn't I?" Clara said "Well, who knew the hall would be so long?...I can't even compare it to my street." Anne said. Her words made me laugh. The hall was huge and long indeed, but comparing it to her street was another thing. I was just waiting for her to raise her head up, so I could see her face. But they kept arguing and her face was still down. Can't she argue with her face up?, I thought. Teacher spoke out "STOP ARGUING" and finally, she raised her head up, showing her face to the class...
