I teleported us to the center of the bustling crowd in the grand living room of the pack house. A smirk spread across my face as I caught sight of Adelaide's expression; she gasped against my lips.
Perhaps I should have anticipated her reaction, as she quickly pushed me away, anger flashing in her eyes.
I couldn't help but chuckle; her furious expression only made her look even cuter. As she glanced around, her eyes widened in surprise when she noticed the people surrounding us, and she gasped again.
I intentionally did this to provoke everyone, especially Alpha Gael. It will make my time here all the more entertaining. While Adelaide is mine, I know Alpha Gael will also be vying for her as his mate, and that’s where the real fun begins—I won’t let him have her.
