Leonardo’s Pov.
“Wait, Leo.” She says and I open the door back immediately.
A small smile of hope find its way to my lips and I let it disappear as I face her.
“Are you feeling pain somewhere?” I ask and she heaves a sigh.
“I missed you.” She says and my mouth falls open.
What?!
“You did?” I ask and she closes her eyes and open them again.
“You do not like that I missed you?” She asks and I want to say no, but I won’t.
I am so damn happy that she missed me, she did really well to have hidden how much she missed me.
“It is just a surprise that is all.” I say and her expression goes blank as she tries to depict if I am angry or not.
“Never mind, you can leave or no I need to get to work early anyway.” She says and strip out of her short gown.
