Lyra woke up feeling sore, she stretched sideways and let out a deep yawn. She looked around the bedroom and couldn't find Aaron anywhere. She wondered where he had gone and how he left the house without informing her. Lyra’s face scrunched and she rubbed the back of her head with a deep scowl on her face.
Why does he keep going out without letting her know his whereabouts? She rolled her eyes in disgust and went straight to the bathroom to get all cleaned up. When Lyra was done with her messy hair, she took out a small mirror inside her bag and looked at her reflection. Lyra looked a bit shabby and her sigh echoed through the room. She made her way to the kitchen lazily and tried to make breakfast for herself.
