Layla's POV
The door opened, and there she was, Daisy.
She paused for a moment, smiling brightly, before finally stepping out to join us on the balcony.
“Oh, Beta Rowan. I didn't see you around today.” She cooed.
“Good morning, Luna.” Rowan bowed curtly.
Daisy's eyes went over Derek and then straight at me.
“I was wondering if I could have a chat with Lady Orlena.” She said.
I noticed Derek flash me a look, and his eyes gave me that warning look.
'Don't try anything drastic.' His voice boomed loudly in my head.
Quietly, both men turned and walked away, leaving me behind with Daisy.
