Daisy's POV
“Are you sure of what you speak?!” Mom asked wide-eyed.
I had just finished telling her all about our visit to Bloodwood Pack and everything about Layla whom I had unexpectedly run into.
“She was there, mom,” I said. “I really don't know how she did it but she had the Alpha King believing for some reason that she is his daughter!”
“Hmmm.. That's interesting.” Mom said thoughtfully.
“Interesting?” I frowned. “Mom, do you realize where this will put us?!”
“But how's it possible?” Mom asked in shock. “I mean how could the Alpha King's daughter be so weak? Layla is an Omega for crying out loud!”
“My thoughts exactly!” I exclaimed. “To tell you the truth I'm beginning to think that everyone at Bloodwood Pack is slow in the head!”
