Layla's POV
Images flashed rapidly before my eyes, too complex to understand. Where was I? One moment it felt like I was swimming, and then it felt like I was floating; I just couldn't tell.
“Derek… you.. must.. leave him..”
Those words kept ringing in my head over and over again but I didn't know who it was that was saying them! What was happening to me?
