EPISODE 2
I couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered long after the stranger's disappearance. His words kept echoing in my mind, "You're in danger... They're watching you..."
As I lay in bed that night, I couldn't help but feel like I was being watched. I kept hearing whispers in my ear, soft and raspy, but I couldn't make out what they were saying. The whispers seemed to be coming from all around me, echoing off the walls and ceiling.
I tried to convince myself it was just the wind or my imagination, but deep down, I knew it was something more. The whispers seemed to be trying to tell me something, but I couldn't quite decipher the message.
As the night wore on, the whispers grew louder, more urgent. I felt like I was being pulled into some kind of dark vortex, where the laws of reality no longer applied.
Suddenly, I sat up in bed, my heart racing. I knew I had to get out of there, to escape the whispers and the feeling of being watched. I threw off the covers and got out of bed, my eyes scanning the dark room for any sign of movement.
As I made my way to the door, I heard the whispers grow louder, more insistent. It was as if they were trying to stop me from leaving, to keep me trapped in that dark, oppressive world.
I flung open the door and stepped out into the hallway, gasping for air. The whispers stopped abruptly, and I was left standing there, feeling foolish and scared.
But as I looked back at my apartment, I could have sworn I saw a shadowy figure lurking just beyond the edge of perception. And I knew that I wasn't imagining things. Something was out there, watching me, waiting for me.
I took a deep breath and made my way back to my apartment, determined to face whatever was lurking in the shadows. But as I stepped back inside, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was walking into a trap.
