THE WEB OF DECIET

EPISODE 7 I took a deep breath and began to tell the stranger about my life. I told him about my childhood, my parents, and my struggles in school. I told him about my relationships, my career, and my dreams. And as I spoke, I felt a weight lifting off my shoulders, as if I was finally sharing a burden that I had carried for far too long. The stranger listened intently, his eyes never leaving mine. He asked questions, probing for more information, and I answered as honestly as I could. And as I spoke, I began to realize that my life was not what I had thought it was. There were gaps in my memory, inconsistencies in my story, and a nagging sense that something was off. The stranger nodded thoughtfully as I finished speaking. "I see," he said. "You have been living a lie." I felt a jolt of surprise at his words. "What do you mean?" I asked. The stranger leaned forward, his eyes glinting with intensity. "You have been told a story about your life," he said. "A story that is not true. You have been living in a web of deceit, and it is time for you to know the truth." I felt a shiver run down my spine as I listened to the stranger's words. What did he mean? What secrets had been hidden from me? And who had been behind the web of deceit that had ensnared me? The stranger seemed to sense my questions, and he nodded thoughtfully. "All will be revealed in time," he said. "But for now, let us focus on the present. You have a choice to make, one that will determine the course of your life from now on." I felt a surge of trepidation at the stranger's words. What choice did I have to make? And what would be the consequences of my decision? The stranger seemed to sense my hesitation, and he leaned forward, his eyes glinting with intensity. "You must choose between the truth and the lie," he said. "Between the light and the darkness. The choice is yours, but be warned: once you make your decision, there is no going back." I felt a shiver run down my spine as I listened to the stranger's words. What did he mean? What lay ahead? And what would be the consequences of my choice? As I hesitated, the stranger's eyes seemed to bore into my soul, as if he could see the turmoil that was raging inside me. And then, in an instant, everything went black. When I came to, I found myself lying on a cold, hard floor. I was disoriented and groggy, with no memory of how I had gotten there. As I struggled to sit up, I saw the stranger standing over me, his eyes fixed intently on mine. "Welcome back," he said, his voice low and mysterious. "You have been given a rare gift. The gift of sight." I felt a surge of confusion at the stranger's words. What did he mean? What gift was he talking about? The stranger seemed to sense my questions, and he nodded thoughtfully. "You will see things that others cannot," he said. "You will see the truth that lies beneath the surface. But be warned: the truth is not always easy to bear." As the stranger spoke, I felt a strange sensation building up inside me. It was as if my eyes were being opened, as if I was seeing the world for the first time. And what I saw was terrifying TO BE CONTINUED
