Sarina typed away at her computer, sharing her screen with another council member. Renei was busy decorating the council room with paper snowflakes. Some of the other members with nothing to do helped her. There was a knock at the door and Vanessa walked in. Sarina looked up. “Hey Rina, can we talk for a sec?” Sarina dismissed it. “There’s nothing to talk about,” she said, turning back to her computer. “Rina…please.” Vanessa’s face showed she was dead serious. “I need to talk to you.” Sarina sighed and handed the laptop over to the other member. “Let me know what you think about the colors when I get back.
