Hunter stared at Holiday. Then at Maya. Then at the jersey. For approximately three seconds, genuine confusion sat plainly across his face before something shifted behind his eyes and the realization arrived. "Uh." He held up a hand. "No. Absolutely not what you're thinking." Holiday's expression didn't move. "Then why is she wearing your jersey, Hunter." It wasn't even a question. It was a sentence delivered like a verdict. Hunter exhaled slowly, dragging a hand through his already disheveled hair. "Because she threw up all over her own clothes last night." He said, voice flat with exhaustion. "I'm not going to let someone sleep in that." A pause. "And I don't take advantage of drunk women who spend an entire night cussing me out." The corner of his mouth lifted slightly. Maya
