Cynthia decided to not ask any more questions at the moment. Sheila was not in a good emotional state, and interrogating her would only make her more distressed.
Cynthia would have to do her own investigating to unearth the whole truth. If Kane had really partnered with Aurelia to kidnap and torture Sheila, the truth would reveal itself.
