“Yes,” Cynthia replied, “so you better get out of my sight before I bite you to death.”
Aurelia scoffed. “Do you really think you can do anything you want just because you are the mother of his children? I was the one taking care of them when you abandoned them. You have no right to come back and start making demands.”
“Are you so idle that you have so much time to take care of someone else's family?” Cynthia asked. “Or, do you want payment? Since you were such a good nanny while I was gone, I'll be generous. Is five million enough for three years?”
Aurelia trembled with anger. “I'm not surprised. Someone like you cannot understand what true love is. All you think about is your own selfish needs. I feel sorry for the twins for having a mother like you.”
