Adam Kennedy tried to follow Lincoln on several occasions but failed. Lincoln was a careful crook. He watched for “tails” and took pains to makes sure there were none before he went to the home of his dealer. He made a series of turns and watched to see if anyone followed along, turned and stopped, sped up and slowed down, turned left and then right along Chandler city streets. When he finally felt sure he was not being followed he went North off Ray Rd. into a golf course development called Western Skies. He stopped only momentarily at a mail box there, picked up a package and left a package. Then he headed back into Casa Grande. On one particular night he didn't make it back.
