Jaime and Josie sat down and worked out their schedules so they could travel down the highway a way to the east and south and talk to the departments along the way. They called ahead and planned their stops over a two day period of travel which see them stay in Eloy the first night out and Tucson for the second night. They had a lot of driving and talking to do. Their first encounter was with Sergeant Wes Wilkinson and Sergeant Joe Monday of the Florence P.D and the Pinal County Sheriff's Office as well as Bill Dunham, a CSO, of the Florence staff of the Arizona State Prison. They discussed a quadruple meet and agreed to set it up for a month prior to the Police Olympics. They also decided to hold the meet at a range in Casa Grande since it would be about an equal amount of travel f
