Holy s**t! She f*****g loves me! I smile as her words are permanently repeating in my mind. Asher is howling with excitement. ‘She loves you, she loves you! She really, really loves you!’ He sings over and over. I can’t help chuckle at his yipping and prancing. I look up between the trees and the sun is already close to being overhead. “What time is it?” I ask.
She pulls her small bag over and pulls out her cellphone. “Looks like about 9:30 am.” I nod my head and kiss her passionately again. Goddess, I can’t keep my hands or lips off of her. In a perfect world, I would stay here in the forest for the rest of the day, enjoying the beautiful nature around us and letting our mate bond strength until its unbreakable, but I have responsibilities I have to take care of.
