I watch the deranged bear as it disappears into the woods for a few more minutes before turning back to Gregory. “Nancy’s mate is going to pummel you one of these days. That crazy bastard will murder any man who looks at her funny.” Goosebumps run down my arms at the thought of Nancy’s mate. He’s a crazy motherfucker when it comes to Nancy.
