BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! The second snooze goes off, and I blink my eyes open to the alarm clock flashing 6:00 am at me. I turn off the alarm and stretch out my stiff body. A heavy yawn escapes my lips. Then everything from last night came rushing back to me; I sat up in shock, then let out the biggest squeal! “EEEEEEEEEEEEE”
‘Ember I can’t believe we had our first kiss last night! And we made out with a GOD!’ I place my feet on the floor and sit on the edge of the bed, thinking about everything that happened. The near-death experience, meeting Owen, the walk, my boldness of holding his hand, the kiss! OH WOW! I flop back onto my bed and sigh.
