Chapter 4

1445 Words
(Mia’s POV) Leon, his father, and my mother looked at me, Luis, and Liam as we sat together, right after we gasped. "Mia, I know you might be afraid of the triplets, but they will treat you nicely," Mom said, holding hands with Alpha David. Luis and Liam stood up, abandoning their meals as they said, "Excuse us, Dad. We would like to have a word with Leon." Their father scowled and said, "Finish your meals first before you go out for any conversation. You heard my love say that she put a lot of effort into preparing this food. So sit back down and finish it first." Luis and Liam sat back down, their expressions frosty, while my mother looked at them with concern. "It's okay, babe. You can allow the boys to chat," Mom said, her voice sweet, but Alpha David shook his head. "No. I know these two rascals. They want to convince Leon not to accept you as his stepmother," Alpha David stated, his expression sharp as he looked at them. Mom laughed, and I laughed too, understanding that their father knew exactly what his sons were up to. "Fine, Dad. We will finish the food," Luis said, before sitting right next to me. I tensed as Luis' left hand brushed against my right thigh and he pinched me. "Ah!" I groaned, making my mother and everyone else look at me with concern—except for Luis. "What's the matter, Mia?" Mom asked, standing up quickly, looking scared that something had happened to me. "Mom, Luis pinched me!" I pointed at him, and his father frowned. "Is that true, Luis?" Alpha David asked. Luis replied, "She was gloating at us, so I only punished her." "Apologize," Alpha David stated, his voice cold. Luis frowned. "Father..." he tried to refute. "Now!" Alpha David's tone was serious, so Luis turned to face me. His eyes narrowed and his thin lips mumbled, "I am sorry, Mia. Happy now?" "Yeah," I pouted, while my mother smiled and sat back down beside Alpha David. "The wedding will take place next week Saturday. No more excuses, and the four of you will learn to get along," Alpha David stated, his voice firm and leaving no room for negotiation. Mom looked at me with concern, but I smiled. "Don't worry, Mom. I accept. After all, the Triple L won't bully me anymore if Alpha David can protect me as my new Dad," I said, my lips curling into a smile. However, the triplets frowned and looked away. "You're right, Mia. If any of my sons offend you, report them to me and I will have them punished. You are my daughter, and I will treat you with all the privileges of a princess. I know your father is still alive, but I am not going to steal his love from you. I will only fill his absence in your mother's life here in the White Hills Pack. Alright?" "Okay, Alpha. It's nice to have you as my dad," I said, and Leon kicked my leg under the table. I didn't react; instead, I smirked at him, knowing that they respected their father and wouldn't dare hurt me. When dinner came to an end, Alpha David stood up to use the restroom. "Come and show me to your room, my love. I would love to spend the night here tonight. Leon, you three can go back home if you don't like it here. I had a hectic day at the office, and I can't wait for you three to graduate so I can spend more time with Lucy," Alpha David said, his lips curling into a smile as he pulled my mother close and kissed her left cheek. Mom blushed and looked at me to see if I was uncomfortable. "It's fine, Mom. I like Alpha David. He's so nice. I see why you like him; he's just like Dad," I said. The mood in the living room instantly shifted at the mention of my father. I knew my father hadn't remarried. He was just busy doing his research, always promising Mom he would be back, though it had been a long time. "Don't worry, Mia. I am not going to take Rafael's place in your life, but I swear to treat your mother right," Alpha David said, his voice calm and respectful as he placed his arm around her shoulders. "Alright, Alpha. Good night," I said to them. Alpha David smiled while my mother led him to the top floor, leaving me alone in the dining room with the three bad boys. "Mia, right? I see you're happy to have our father as your new stepdad," Luis said, marching over to me. I backed up against the wall and glared at him. "If you dare to come any closer to me, I will scream and report you to your father!" I warned Luis. He just laughed, while the other two kept silent. "Let her be, Luis. She doesn't know that she belongs to us. She's clueless," Leon said, his gaze lowered as he sat back down at the dining chair, pulled out his phone, and looked at me. "I cannot belong to you! Get that mindset out of your damn brain. If you think I will ever kneel, bow to you three, and worship your dícks, it's only in your dreams!" I yelled at them, leaving them looking stunned. I marched up to the dining table to clear it, with the three of them watching my every move. "Mia, what if you end up doing that—and not just kneeling and worshiping our dícks, but sucking them and taking them in your cunt, too?" Liam replied ruthlessly, making my face burn red. "Fụck you! I will never do that! I will not be your woman! You are all my stepbrothers now, so get those silly thoughts of me sleeping with you three—like those gullible girls at the academy—out of your head!" I yelled as I cleared the table. "Mia, what's wrong?" Mom appeared at the top of the stairs and asked. "Nothing, Mom," I said, looking up at her with a quick smile. "We were just discussing academy stuff." "Alright. Just keep your voices down, and show the Triple L to the guest rooms if they want to sleep here tonight. Good night, boys, and don't do anything silly to your little sister. She can be mean, but trust me, Mia is a sweet girl," Mom said softly. The Triple L looked over at me. "It's okay, Chairwoman. We will take care of Mia and won't trouble her," Leon said. Mom giggled and wished us good night. "Be a good girl, Mia, and return to your room after showing them to the guest room, okay?" "Okay, Mom," I forced a tight smile while my mother returned to the top floor. I carried the plates into the kitchen and washed them, trying to waste time and avoid any further conversation with the boys. However, I could hear their deep voices coming from the dining room. "Mia's our mate, Leon. How can you allow our father to marry her mom? Dad will never approve of us being with her when that time comes. The earlier we stop Dad from marrying her mother, the sooner we can have her and mark her," Luis said, his voice sharp and deep, making me shiver right there in the kitchen. What did they mean by *I'm their mate* or *marking me*? And how did I belong to them? I strained my ears to listen further and heard Liam's response: "Luis is right, big brother. We cannot accept Mia as our stepsister. She has to bear our pups. She knows nothing about our kind, and the sooner we stop that wedding, the sooner we'll have her under us." The sponge fell from my hands, and I staggered backward, trying to process what Liam and Luis meant by having me "under them." I waited to hear Leon's response, and he said, "She's listening to us because her heartbeat increased. She doesn't like us, so we have to start by making her fall in love with us. That way, we can get her not to reject us and to bear our pups." "No way! What?! I will never be your slave or bear your pups! Got it?!" I burst out of the kitchen and confronted them. They frowned, but Leon smiled at last and said, "We are in no hurry, Mia. When you turn eighteen, you will be the one begging for our cọcks. Show us to the guest rooms, little sister."
