I couldn't explain why I had rushed out of the hospital room and got into the car, but it was worth it.
I didn't want to be in the same space as the Triple L, and I know that my wolf lured me to present the bouquet of Orchids to Luis.
"I hope that he likes the flowers and not toss it into the bin after I left his ward," I spoke to my wolf.
She purred and said, "Luis likes our gift."
