Jennifer confirmed that the court had been notified of Melissa's multiple attempts to contact Aria despite the no-contact order. Her defense attorney was scrambling to do damage control, but the violation was documented and would be part of the official record..
"She shot herself in the foot," Jennifer said during their call. "Any sympathy she might've gotten from the judge just evaporated. Pattern of behavior that disregards legal boundaries and victim's rights. It's going to make her sentencing much harsher."
