Blake smiled apologetically at her and so Sally began her work. It was a hectic and work filled day for her and by the end of the day, she was about to sleep on her feet. She had a raging headache, but despite that, she was ecstatic. She liked the restaurant and the staff. She still had the money that Jake had left her and she had gotten a good amount in tips for her first day, so she decided to rent a room. Sally smiled at the thought of Jake. She truly believed that giving had its benefits, one of which was that true givers never lacked in their time of need.
