CHAPTER THIRTY-TWO ‘Bianca! Are you okay?’ Cory rushed toward her still body. To the side of her head was a stone, a splash of blood on its side. He put his hand on her arm, trying to get a response from her. ‘Bianca? Can you move? Are you hurt?’ She began to stir. Cory hadn't realized that he'd almost stopped breathing with the tension. ‘My head hurts like hell…’ she began, struggling to find her voice. ‘Can you move?’ Cory asked, relieved that she was speaking to him now. ‘Yes, nothing is broken.
